Library & Media Center
We intend to offer a full Judaic library featuring books and magazines on Torah, parenting skills, holidays, and all aspects of Judaica. This library will have books, videos, music, and information on Jewish thought, as well as internet-friendly computer centers for extensive research. By making Jewish books accessible to all, we encourage even further exploration of our tradition and heritage.
Chabad Online
Chabad has recently created a new state of the art website www.nashvillejewish.com, your resource for everything Jewish, and just a click away. It is a child- and adult-friendly site, which offers a large variety of features. We have a Jewish calendar that lists upcoming holidays, as well as current events at Chabad. It provides a special section that tourists and visitors will find very informative. Where to buy Kosher food and current candle lighting times for Shabbat, are just a couple of useful tips found in this category.
The information and pictures on our site are continuously being updated. They illustrate to the viewer what Chabad of Nashville has to offer, and they also give a Judaic glimpse of our Music City
The new Chabad website is one that I click into twice daily. It has a wealth of information, and is my daily dose of spiritual nourishment and inspiration. I especially enjoy the weekly email magazine sent out by the rabbi, as he seems to send the right messages when you need them the most.
