I loved it when we visited the Model Matzah Bakery at the JCC and the Rabbi showed us how to bake the Passover Matzah. It was so much fun getting dressed up like a baker with the white hat. My favorite thing was racing to make the dough flat. Thank you Chabad for this fun hands-on Holiday activity
